About Me
I'm Laura, an accredited Executive & Leadership Coach who specialises in working with Procurement to maximise their impact and value within their organisation.
I've worked alongside Procurement teams for over a decade in continuous improvement, change, employee engagement and building partnerships internally within the organisation.
This led me to wanting to understand more about relationship dynamics in the workplace, how to get the best out of others in a way that meets their own needs as well as the needs of their stakeholders, without compromising their own wellbeing.
And this is what led me to training and qualifying as a coach.
Since I set up my coaching business in 2022, I have worked as an executive coach to Procurement leaders across the globe and in various sectors, supporting them to create greater value and impact within their organisation through their own leadership development.
As time has passed, I have tried and tested various coaching approaches with great results within my Procurement client base. I strongly believe that not only can Procurement benefit from being coached, but that it is vital for the profession to possess coaching skills to not only support the development of the Procurement profession, but to also drive change and transformation across the organisation and harness these skills to become a strategic enabler.
