Details about your qualification:

35 Online Modules

Online training videos detailing coaching concepts, tools and techniques to study at your own pace before the corresponding live session with your cohort.

9 Live Sessions

Live sessions with your cohort of like-minded Procurement & Supply Chain professionals and your coach trainers to practise the tools and answer your questions.

Learning Circles

You will be assigned to a learning circle to deepen your coaching skills with each other and use these sessions as part of your coaching practice hours for your qualification.

Feedback

Throughout the live sessions and when completing your assignments you will receive feedback from your course tutor to help you to embed your coaching practice.

Coaching Supervision

Once you have embarked upon your coaching practice hours after the live sessions, you will receive 4 hours of coaching supervision to help you to embed your practice.

Coaching Assignments

As part of your qualification, you will complete 3 coaching assignments, which include your coaching portfolio and a reflective essay on your development as a coach.
