Consulting involves giving expert advice on a particular subject. Coaching is different to this as it enables you to discover the answers for yourself, enabling personal and professional growth and sustained change.
Counselling
In simple terms, counselling revisits the past and focuses on healing it, whereas coaching focuses on the present and moving forwards to a goal.
Counselling supports individuals with mental health conditions, providing clinical care to treat it. Coaching takes an approach of supporting mental fitness, helping you to become more resilient, fulfil your potential and reach your goals, while taking a proactive approach to your wellbeing.
